This cable is for connecting your RJM Mastermind GT to rack gear via MIDI, but not needing the bi-directional MIDI communication. If you are needing bi-directional MIDI communication, please use this cable - AS-MSTRMBIP-XX. The cable also supplies phantom power to the GT via the female DC power whip on the 5 pin end of the cable. **Please note: The DC power is wired for center positive. Using this cable with other switchers that require center negative polarity may damage your unit. Please email sales@btpa.com with any questions.

Cable Length: When using phantom power on Mastermind GT units, there is a maximum length. We do not recommend using this cable longer than 30ft. If you purchase a cable longer than 30ft and it works within your setup, great. If not, we can shorten the cable for a re-work fee.

How do we measure our cables?

All cables made by BTPA are measured per our Standard Operating Procedure SOP-0013 with the exception of our guitar pedal patch cables which have a tighter tolerance and are measure per SOP-0012.
