Take control of your IEM mix with our 6U Mixer Fly Rig! Have total control over what you are hearing and a consistent/reliable monitor sound every gig. The BTPA 32 Channel mixer rack is a great way to jump into the in ear monitoring world and have a fully operational, reliable, and road worthy right from the start. The BTPA Mixer rack features the Midas M32C and DL32 for signal processing. A wireless router is built into the rack for remote controlling the Midas M32C mixer. Finally, the back of the rack features a 32 Channel input split for connecting all of your stage inputs. This allows you to mix your in ear monitors completely separate from the signal to Front Of House. The rig is built into the extremely robust and lightweight Circle Three Designs 6U Aluminum Fly Rack, which drops into a custom foamed Pelican Air 1637 case.

Splitting The Signal

The back of the mixer rack features one of our custom wired 32 channel analog input splits. The split features (32) individual Neutrik XLR Female connectors to accept your stage inputs. These inputs are split to route your signal to two separate locations for independent mixing / control from one another. In this case, the inputs are split to the DL32 (within the rack) for mixing one "leg" of the signal AND a multipin connector (on the split panel) for sending to FOH for a separate mix. 

Easy In / Easy Out

This rack is designed to get you setup and torn down as quick as humanly possible. The input split features a multipin output for sending the other "leg" of your audio inputs to FOH. That's right folks, a single connector and cable for patching 32 channels of audio. Positive locking connection for security throughout the performance and a single connector for speed and ease of use.

The rack also features a multipin output for quickly patching audio to the In Ear Monitor rack/units. Not only does this save time on your setup/teardown - but it also relieves the DL32 outputs from wear and tear due to constant plugging and unplugging.

Please note: This model of mixer rack is configured for sending 8 channels of audio to the IEM rack via multipin connection. The remainder of the outputs from the DL32 are individual XLRs on the rear 1U panel of the rack. Switching Power

You may have noticed that this rack does not have a power conditioner. That is by design! The gear within this rack is rated 100-240V. Omitting the power conditioner means you can use this rig various places in the world without the need for a transformer!

We do recommend that surge suppression (per the area of the world you are in) is used externally to this fly rack. If you plan to house your fly racks in a "mother case" we recommend mounting a power conditioner in there.

Carnet, You Say?

All of our rigs come with a list of serial numbers for the gear within the rack. It also comes with the wireless router login information for wifi networking and administrator login. The stock router login information is also provided on this sheet. This comprehensive list provides all of the details you need when preparing to hit those international fly dates - or just to login to the router itself.
