This cable is for controlling the switching functions of a Peavey 3120 amplifier, while leaving the FX Loop function as "Always On" and unswitchable. This is perfect for those of you using pedal switchers that only have (2) 1/4" TS amp relay functions. For instance, a GT-Pro, Octaswitch, or PXL Live.
