PowerCON True 1 Inlet to Edison Female

This assembly utilizes the Neutrik True 1 Male inlet Connector and is intended to mate with the True1 connector. The connector is considered a power "input" that supplies power to whatever you are mounting this in. An easy way to determine a powerCON input vs output is that powerCON inputs are blue and outputs are grey (speaking in terms of standard powerCON).

These assemblies are great for situations that a rugged, locking, locking connection is needed. Whether you are in a live touring setting or a studio, powerCON is a great way to ensure your gear is reliably powered. In addition to providing a robust locking connection to your application, the powerCON helps to save wear and tear on your gear's power jack from constantly plugging/unplugging.

Some Assembly Required!

NOTE: The powerCON does not come connected to the IEC cable tail. The cable tail comes pre-terminated with the quick connects to slide onto the powerCON. We do not install the cable to the powerCON as all of our paneling is sold with tapped 4-40 screw holes. You would not be able to fit the IEC Cable tail through the opening of the panel to install. Simply slide the cable through the back of the panel and connect the quick connects to the appropriate tabs of the powerCON. Then, slide the rubber boot over the connector for protection. IT IS IMPORTANT TO CONNECT THE CORRECT WIRES TO THE CORRECT TERMINALS ON THE POWERCON. NOT DOING SO WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO YOUR EQUIPMENT AND BTPA WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE.

Once the terminals are connected, slide the boot on and screw the powerCON into the panel. You are ready to go!

The kit also comes with screws for rear-mounting the powerCON. Some people like to mount the panel connector on the backside of the panel for a "cleaner" look. We offer the Neutrik MFD plate and two screws with the assembly for you to do this.
