A look into our pedalboard wiring process! This one utilizes a customer supplied Pedaltrain Classic Pro and some Pedaltrain boosters for the top row of pedals.
This pedalboard is powered by the Strymon Zuma and the Ojai R30. We had to make some custom brackets to properly secure the Ojai R30 underneath the board. We took an angled bracket and mounted that to the Pedaltrain to give more surface for mounting the Ojai. We then utilized our brackets for recessed power supply mounting (supplied with our Pedaltrain Lift Kits) and drilled some holes to fit the Ojai R30 units. This gives a secure and road ready solution to rely on night in and night out.

We used one of our 10 port Pedaltrain Panels for all inputs and outputs on the back of the board. This makes for an easy setup and teardown. On the back panel we included 1/4″ ports for loop 6 send and return. This allows the user to audition and try out different pedals on the unused loop of the PBC. We also included a DC power jack so that the pedal being auditioned can easily be powered via the power supplies on the board.

The board was wired in series, stereo using the RJM PBC10. Here was the end result:
