Tired of using 3 different adapters/cables to connect one pedal to your power supply? Don't blame you. We are here to alleviate all of the "dongles" and accomplish this in one single cable. Getting rid of adapters also decreases the amount of connection points and room for failure - more reliable stuff?! Woo! 

Will This cable work for my setup / Why the 2.5mm?

The 2.5 x 5.5mm DC connector is identified with a green piece of heat shrink on the side of the cable. The 2.5mm barrel connector is for specific pieces of gear, for instance the Line 6 HX Stomp. Note, many pedals requiring the 2.5mm connector also require a center positive (reverse polarity) cable. This cable IS NOT reverse polarity. This cable is wired straight through.

You will plug the 2.1mm connector into your power supply and then the 2.5mm into the piece of gear requiring this.

Cable Features/Specs:

• Polarity: Center Negative, typically "Standard" for pedals.
  • Not sure of your pedal's polarity?! Consult the pedal or the manual. Often times, it is printed directly on the pedal. If you see this symbol, the pedal is center negative -
• DC Barrel Size: 2.1mm x 5.5mm on one side, 2.5 x 5.5mm on the other side. 2.1 is the "standard" size, which will go into your power supply. The 2.5mm connector will go into the piece of gear requiring this and is marked with a green piece of heat shrink.
• Tour Worthy Durability: All of our DC power connectors are potted with a custom epoxy from our Fiber Optic department. This adds a bulletproof housing and connection point on the DC power plug end. 
  • Why do we do this? The DC plugs comprise of two parts that snap into one another. Due to rattling and vibrations on the road/when in transit - these can easily fall apart. Most companies use a ty-wrap to hold these together. These can also come loose and fall down the connector housing. The epoxy is a sure-shot way to ensure the connector/cable lasts night in and night out on your rig.
• Custom Length: No more bunched up cable or crazy adapters because what you have is too short! Simply type the length you'd like (in inches) and add to cart. Then sit back and relax while we build the cable exactly to your specs
• Low Profile Cable: The cable used within this assembly is our very own, CA-0671. This cable was specifically designed for rack and pedalboard routing. It is a small diameter (low-profile) cable that is extremely flexible, allowing for easy routing within your rack or pedalboard. Can you say, clean and tidy cable runs?!
