This cable converts the Stereo into dual 1/4" Mono arms. It is perfect for plugging stereo pedals into a stereo loop of your switcher. For example, if you are plugging a stereo pedal into Loop 7 of your switcher (assuming it is TRS) you would need 2 of these cables - one for the send and the other for the return.
Each arm is labeled "Tip" and "Ring" to let you know where the signal is coming from on the TRS plug. Typically, the Tip signal is considered "Left" and the Ring is considered "Right".
